USE OF FACILITIES FEE SCHEDULE 2008-2009
(an "event" shall not be more than 3 (three) days)
The buildings and grounds of LPOSD are an asset to the citizens and are available for use by responsible individuals and organizations. The facilities are reserved primarily for the youth of the community. These guidelines pertain particularly to the gymnasium and athletic game fields. All rental fees shall be used to support the activities of the school utilized.
The following serves as a guide for administrators for facility rental. Facilities requested at a time when school personnel are not present will necessitate additional charges. Proof of insurance must be on file. If clean up or set up is needed, additional charges will be assessed. All regulations and requirements of the facilities must be followed. All checks should be made to LPOSD. Renal fees will be deposited in an account for the individual school.
